Luke is an Associate at Amplify investing in the next generation of digital biology. Before Amplify Luke was a founder: at ImmunoVec he and his cofounder built and led a 15 person team advancing three ultra-rare immune disorder gene therapy programs (X-CGD, IPEX, and Wiskott-Aldrich) through preclinical development using their proprietary ML platform to design synthetic promoters, supported by non-dilutive funding from CIRM and ARPA-H. Luke has also been a Venture Partner with EGB Capital, investing in early stage companies developing novel therapeutics.
