Sunil Dhaliwal is the Founder and a General Partner of Amplify Partners.  He has over 15 years of experience as an early-stage investor and mentor to entrepreneurs. His current portfolio includes AppNeta, Cask, Datadog, Fastly, Wibidata, and a few unannounced early-stage projects.   Prior to founding Amplify Partners in 2012, Sunil was a General Partner at Battery Ventures where he spent 15 years investing in category-defining IT infrastructure companies such as Opscode, Netezza (acquired by IBM), Splunk (NASDAQ: SPLK), CipherTrust (acquired by Secure Computing) and @stake (acquired by Symantec).  In 2011, he was named to the Forbes Midas List, which ranks the top 100 venture capitalists around the world, the AlwaysOn Top 100 list of VCs, and Business Insider’s 15 Most Powerful Venture Capitalists on the East Coast. Prior to his work as an investor he was a member of the technology investment banking team at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc.  Sunil graduated from Georgetown University with a BS in Finance and International Business.

Prior to joining Amplify as a General Partner, Mike spent over six years at Battery Ventures, where he most recently lead early stage Enterprise investments on the West Coast.  Most recently, Mike sat on the Boards of Cask, Duetto, Interana and Platfora.  Mike also lead Battery's investment in a stealth security company which is also in Amplify's portfolio.  Mike previously invested in Splunk and RelateIQ, which was recently  acquired by Salesforce. He was named to Forbes' Midas Brink List earlier this year. Mike is a frequent speaker at conferences and is on the Advisory Board of both the O'Reilly Strata Conference as well as SXSW. Mike began his career as a hardware engineer at a start-up and later held product, business development, and sales roles at Altera and Xilinx.  He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

David brings a wealth of experience to Amplify Partners as both a venture-backed entrepreneur and an active early-stage investor. He began his career in technology as the co-founder and CEO of, a pioneering provider of cloud-based data visualization and analytics. He was subsequently part of the founding team at Patients Know Best, one of the world's leading cloud-based Personal Health Record (PHR) companies. In addition, he currently serves on the advisory council of Bayes Impact, a non-profit organization that deploys data science to solve important social challenges.

David has also been a prolific investor and advisor to entrepreneurs. He has angel invested in over 35 early-stage companies, including Teespring, Zymergen, Skycatch, Caribou Biosciences, Airtable, Ginkgo Bioworks, Cruise Automation, Bugcrowd and others.

He's excited to dedicate his operating and investing experience to support entrepreneurs who are transforming the world of IT infrastructure.

Lenny works with extraordinary founders solving complex technical problems across cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, information security and emerging enterprise technologies. Over his career, Lenny has led investments in and worked with companies including HashiCorp, Cockroach Labs, Datadog, and Whiptail (acq. Cisco). Prior to joining Amplify, Lenny was a Principal with Redpoint Ventures. He began his career with RRE Ventures in New York. Lenny holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS with Honors from UC Berkeley.
